Ingredients
- 4 cups bread cubes (you can either cut cubes of your favorite or purchase a pre-cut variety)
- 2 onions, finely chopped and sautéed until caramelized
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup vegan butter of choice
- ⅓ -½ cup vegetable broth (depending on the absorption of your type of bread – start with less)
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms of choice

4 teaspoons Ava Jane’s Kitchen Everyday Blend

1 teaspoon Colima Sea Salt + more to taste
Directions
- Begin by adding olive oil to a saute pan and sautéing onions for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add mushrooms to the same pan and sauté until browned, about 5 more minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl with the torn bread or bread crumbs.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Place in a greased casserole dish, cover with foil, and cook for 15-25 minutes, checking every 10 mins to ensure it isn’t drying out.
- Serve with your holiday favorites!
