If you have cashews, chocolate, and our Caramelized Cacao Beans, you’ll never have to suffer from a chocolate bar or candy craving again. This recipe combines mineral-rich salt and cacao with nutrient-dense cashews for a decadent morsel that’s also extremely nutritious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (8 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup roasted cashews

½ cup Ava Jane Caramelized Cacao Beans

Ava Jane Colima Sea Salt
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
- Place chopped chocolate in a double boiler or small pot over low heat.
- Stir chocolate continuously until fully melted (don’t stop stirring or else it may burn!).
- Remove chocolate from heat and stir in cashews and cacao beans. Mix thoroughly.
- Drop mixture by in ½ Tbsp portions (about 3-4 cashews and cacao beans per scoop) onto the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with Colima sea salt and let stand at room temperature until hardened.
